Details-
It is best to be specific on what you would like done to your artwork.
We suggest you give us as many details as possible. Such as (1) Is there
a particular example on our website “gallery” that you like
the overall look of? (2) Would you like the subjects in your art to
have different color tones to their skin or do you prefer natural skin
tones? (3) What specific colors do you like or dislike? (4) Do you like
bright, pastel or bold colors? We can mix and match them as well (5)
Do you have a preference for background colors?

Proof Approval- Once you send us your
photo you will receive an email within 3-5 business days to view your
proof. After you give us your approval you will receive your artwork
in 7-10 days.
View your Proof- When your proof is
ready, we will send you an email. If you approve your artwork we will
send it to print right away. If you want additional modifications let
us know. Your order includes one free modification. Additional changes
will be $4.95 each. You will be sent a Pay Pal invoice for these fees.
Once fees are paid we will continue working on your art. If you request
a modification, please leave us specific details regarding what
you would like changed. (See Art Details above) Specifics will
help us know what you want and will keep modification charges to a minimum.
The more detail, the better.
Regular Mail- You will receive your artwork
in 7-10 days from your approval. Let us know if you need your artwork
by a certain date. We will always do our best to get you your artwork
when you need it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the post
office.

Rush Orders- You may put a “RUSH”
on your order for an additional $50.00 fee. If you choose this option
you must also pay an additional express shipping fee. We will send you
an additional invoice for this service. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the post office.
Canvas Cropping- There may be a slight
variation in color when printed on canvas. Keep this in mind when you
send your photo. This applies only to art gallery stretched on canvas.
Design only- Call us for a
quote if you are interested in buying a design only (no printing). This
option is great for buying an artistic image for a business card.

Cancellations-
If you are not satisfied with your artwork during the approval process,
you may cancel your order at any time before printing has begun. There
are absolutely no cancellations or modifications once your art has been
printed. No exceptions. You will still be charged any
applicable modification fees. You will also be charged a $50.00 cancellation
fee. We must charge these fees because each piece is done by hand and
we must charge for our artists’ time.
Sending a New Photo- If you are not
satisfied with your artwork during the approval process you can send
us a new/different photo. There will be an additional $25.00 fee for
our artists’ time.
Returns- If you are not fully satisfied
with your artwork when you receive it, send it back to us for a full
refund within 10 days. Send us an
email letting us know you will be sending back your art and include
the reason. Then send it to Pop Art Universe in it’s original
packaging. Once we receive it, we will credit your account
for the purchase price.
